This site should work for everyone.
Our commitment to accessible design, the standard we hold ourselves to, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our commitment
Don Norman Associates wants every visitor — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or magnification — to be able to read our content, browse our services, and contact us without barriers. Many of our clients reach us from the cab of a truck on a phone; the site is built for that reality too.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is checked as part of how the site is built: color combinations are verified against WCAG contrast requirements, every page is tested with automated accessibility tooling before it ships, and interactive components are designed for keyboard and screen-reader use.
Known limitations
A few parts of the experience rely on third-party services we don't fully control — for example, the bot-protection widget on our contact form. If any of these gives you trouble, contact us directly and we'll take care of your request personally.
Tell us if something isn't working
If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, we want to know. Email hello@donnormanassociates.com or call 703-821-0000 and tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. We'll work with you to get you what you need — by phone if the site is in the way — and we'll fix the underlying issue.
